Cancellation is possible free of charge no later than 72 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fine equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
To cancel a reservation, you must use the same method as the reservation was made, or contact the hotel directly.
